Since 1983 we have owned and managed commercial properties in the South Bay focusing on our tenants needs. We offer flexibility and local resources not found with institutional owners; just ask our current tenants. Have special needs, no problem! We will exceed your expectations. Our Promise
All leases can be month-to-month or 1-5 or more years. We specialize in tailoring to your business needs. Tenant improvement (TI) dollars are available based upon circumstances. Our tenants have the option to change locations or spaces amongst our diverse building options without ever breaking a lease. Scott Cooley, is a committee of one and negotiations will be simple and easy. The in house decisions are typically made immediately with no banks or institutions involved thus saving you time and money.
